BENEFITS OF MAHA MUDRASANA

Steps to do
 - Sit in vajrasana with back straight .
- Hold the left hand by the right hand at  the back side .
- Slowly bend forward and your fore head should be touch the floor.
- The chest and stomach should be lie on the thighs.
- While doing this your breathing should be normal .
- Stay this position for few seconds and come back to the normal position .
-Repeat this for 3 to 4 times .
