THE TWENTY TWO WAY PATH TOWARDS PERFECT HEALTH








  1. Start the day with a glass of warm water and a dash of lime.
  2. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
  3. Include two vegetables (one green vegetable ,one yellow vegetable) and one fruit in every meal.
  4. Begin each meal with a raw vegetable salad.
  5. Eat only fresh vegetables and freshly cooked food.
  6. Drink milk,vegetable juice and fruit juice daily.
  7. Include foods with high fiber content grains, vegetables, fruits and nuts in your diet.
  8. Use salt in moderation.
  9. Make a light snack of assorted sprouts.
  10. Steam or boil the vegetables rather than frying.
  11. Eat food slowly and enjoy your self.
  12. Stop smoking and restrict alcohol consumption.
  13. Have a good sleep for 8 hours a day.
  14. Take a brisk walk for 20 minutes a day.
  15. Enroll breathing exercise prog every day for 5 minutes.
  16. Learn to relax.
  17. Laugh out loudly when you watch a crazy movie ,recall a joke, read a funny book.
  18. Keep in touch with your friends.
  19. Forgive someone who you think has done you wrong.
  20. Spend  a quiet half-hour chatting with your family.
  21. Listen good music daily.
  22. Read a great book once a week.
