HEALTH BENEFITS OF CHIA SEEDS

The Chia seeds are tiny black seeds extracted from the plant called Salvia Hispanica. It is nutrient dense and highly energy giving. Chia seeds are mainly grown in Mexico. Chia means strength in Mayan language. It is easily digestible and has lots of medicinal properties.

It is known as runners' food as runner use as a fuel  while running for long distances.
