EMERGENCY (FIRST AID) ACUPRESSURE POINT FOR HEART ATTACK
H9 and K1
These are two important first aid acupressure points, which can do miracles during fainting or even heart attack. Pressing these two points will give immediate relief from heart attack.
H9 Acupressure point
Location
Heart meridian 9 (H9) is located on the radial side of little finger, at the corner of the nail on both hands.
Apply firm pressure and steady pressure with your hand for 1 to 2 minutes.
K1 Acupressure point
Location
Kidney meridian 1 (K1) acupressure point is located at the bottom of our foot, at the junction of its anterior one third and posterior two third, in the depression between the 2nd and 3rd toe joints. It is nicely located when the toes are planter flexed.
Apply firm pressure and steady pressure with your hand for 1 to 2 minutes.
This will gives immediate relief from cardiac pain, plain chest pain, fainting, shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, poor memory. Pressing of this point will help to activate the body's self healing power.
