MUDRA FOR DRYNESS OF EYES AND SKIN (VARUN MUDRA)
Mudras are yogic posture or hand gesture,holistic
and natural way for curing diseases.
According to ancient philosophy our body is made up
of five elements.
They are air,water,fire,earth and space.The five
fingers of our both hands represents these five elements.
Thumbs- Fire,Index finger- Air,Middle
finger-Space,Ring finger -Earth,Little finger -water.
Any imbalances of these elements can disturb body
immune system and can cause diseases.
Varun in Indian mythology varun is the Lord of rain
,sky and all water resources.Varun mudra is easy to perform,which can be
performed at any time and any way while sitting ,standing ,walking,lying down
in the bed ,throughout the day.
Steps for doing varun mudra
- Touch
the tip of the little finger with the tip of the thumb in both hands.
- Remaining
other fingers stretched out.( Shown in the above figure)
- Keep
this position for 10 to 15 minutes with normal breathing.

practice of this mudra will
